Nagui Sadek is a business leader with more than 30 years of experience building and managing distribution networks, commercial operations, and market development strategies for leading analytical and life science technology companies across Africa and the Middle East.
During his 24-year career with PerkinElmer Corporation, Nagui held progressively senior leadership roles, expanding the company's presence across African and Middle Eastern markets through a combination of direct operations and strategic dealer networks. As Territorial Manager for Africa and the Middle East, he successfully developed regional business strategies, strengthened customer relationships, and delivered sustained year-over-year growth.
In 2006, Nagui co-founded HTDS, a regional business platform representing leading multinational manufacturers of analytical and life science technologies, including PerkinElmer, PANalytical, Waters Corporation, and Thermo Fisher Life Technologies. As Managing Director for Africa and the Middle East, he established direct business channels, developed local affiliates, built high-performing partner networks, and managed regional growth across diverse and complex markets.
Nagui brings deep expertise in distributor strategy, channel development, market entry, and commercial execution. His extensive regional experience enables international technology companies to identify the right partners, build sustainable market presence, and accelerate growth across Africa and the Middle East.
Nagui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University.
