Christian currently serves as Head of Commercial at HSE, where he leads commercial initiatives and supports leading diagnostics and life science organizations in developing and commercializing next-generation instruments, modules, and engineering solutions. He is also Managing Director of Toolpoint for Lab Science, Switzerland's leading industry association for laboratory technology, connecting industry, academia, and innovation partners to advance the Swiss Lab Science ecosystem.
In parallel, Christian advises companies on business strategy and commercial transformation and serves as a Senior Sales Trainer with George James Ltd., delivering international programs focused on consultative selling, leadership development, and customer engagement.
Previously, Christian held senior international leadership roles at METTLER TOLEDO and BÜCHI Labortechnik, where he led global commercial organizations and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product management, and business development. His expertise spans laboratory automation, diagnostics, commercial strategy, product innovation, executive coaching, and organizational transformation.
